We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fire Safety Scheduler to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordination, and has prior experience supporting fire safety operations, inspections, or compliance-driven scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate fire safety inspections, testing, and maintenance
  • Manage high-volume scheduling requests while meeting strict deadlines
  • Communicate with inspectors, technicians, clients, and internal teams to confirm appointments
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports in internal systems
  • Adjust schedules quickly in response to emergencies, delays, or priority changes

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in fire safety, life safety, construction, facilities, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, databases (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented under pressure
