Position Overview
Project Role Description: Advises, leads, and works on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and provides advisory support for the IT function. Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, the resource will advise, lead, and contribute to high-impact initiatives across the systems development lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams, decision-making responsibilities, and delivery of scalable solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)• Collaborate with and manage team members • Take ownership of team-level decisions • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions • Provide solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional teams • Lead team meetings to review progress and address challenges • Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and delivery • Mentor junior team members to support skill development
