Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays. Providing close encounters with the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and the islands of the Whitsundays, Cruise Whitsundays operates 10 modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned vessels, plus a world-class sailing catamaran, offering a range of tours, as well as an inter-island resort connection service, with regular daily departures at three islands, one airport and two mainland ports.
Cruise Whitsundays also operates Australia’s first underwater accommodation, Reef Suites, and a Reefsleep glamping experience at the Reefworld pontoon, moored offshore at Hardy Reef on the Great Barrier Reef.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Permanent Full Time Vessel Masters who hold an AMSA Master <45m NC and corresponding Marine Engine Driver Tickets. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of vessel safety, compliance, vessel handling, crew management, and hospitality service. As a brand ambassador, you will help bring our exceptional experiences to life.
We offer dynamic opportunities across the Cruise Whitsundays fleet for respected and valued Vessel Masters. You will provide support for a variety of products, including Camira Sailing, Great Barrier Reef Adventure, and Whitehaven Beach to Resort Connections. Your primary responsibilities will include the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, ensuring outstanding crew performance, and creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.

Minimum Master <45m NC and Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 (MED2);
Sailing Experience is highly desirable ;
